During my stay at Azumaya Hotel Myanmar, I was impressed by the amazing view of the Shwedagon Pagoda from the rooftop. It truly was a breathtaking sight. The room I stayed in was clean and functional, and the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. They even went out of their way to return a Kindle one of my friends left behind. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near the pagoda made it easy for us to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Yangon.

Spent New Year's at a hotel in Southeast Asia and it was quite an experience! the market surrounding the hotel was definitely a highlight, giving us a glimpse into the local culture and making us feel immersed in the area. the view from the rooftop was also a plus, providing stunning scenery and a great place to relax. the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The amenities were less than satisfactory. the water ran slowly in the morning and eventually stopped working altogether, making it difficult to shower and start the day.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities and the comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location is fantastic as it is very near a local market, allowing guests to experience the vibrant atmosphere of the city.
One minor area of improvement could be to expand the breakfast options to provide a wider variety of choices.

Located in a bustling street market which is an incredible local shopping experience. The rooftop bar/breakfast area offers an excellent view that takes your breath away, one of the best in town! The Japanese breakfast was a good addition too.
We had a terrible Easter stay. Room cleanliness was poor, and bathroom facilities could certainly be improved.

The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location is ideal, as it is situated near a local market and within walking distance to popular attractions like Shwedagon Pagoda. The rooms are basic but comfortable, equipped with all necessary amenities and a comfy bed. The breakfast served on the rooftop with a breathtaking view is a perfect start to the day, even though it caters more for Myanmar taste with limited items.
No safe box in the room, but all was fine.
